National Ideal Teachers Award 2026 Ceremony Concludes with Great Enthusiasm The National Ideal Teachers Award 2026 ceremony, organized by Be The Change Foundation, was held with great enthusiasm and grandeur on Sunday, 18th January 2026, at Aarambh Hall, Mumbai. This national-level event, organized to honor teachers for their remarkable contributions in the field of education, witnessed the presence of a large number of dignitaries, educationists, and teachers from various sectors.

During the ceremony, talented, dedicated, and socially committed teachers from different states across the country were felicitated for their outstanding academic work as well as their valuable social contributions. It was highlighted on this occasion that through holistic student development, innovative teaching methodologies, and initiatives undertaken for social welfare, these teachers have made a significant contribution to the education sector.

The organizers stated that the objective of this initiative by Be The Change Foundation was to recognize and encourage the efforts of teachers and to emphasize the importance of education in society. Educational Awareness Campaign 2023 at Kopargaon

In 2023, Be The Change Foundation conducted an impactful Educational Awareness Campaign at Kopargaon. The objective of the campaign was to spread awareness among school students and parents about various competitive exams and early preparation strategies.

The campaign focused on guiding students from rural and semi-urban areas regarding JEE, NEET, NDA, and CET exam preparation. Through interactive sessions and expert talks, the initiative helped students understand the structure, importance, and preparation methodologies for these exams.

In addition to these, the campaign also highlighted the importance of foundation-level preparation and introduced students to the opportunities available through government and private competitive exams. The event received enthusiastic participation and appreciation from students, parents, and educators alike.

A passionate advocate for societal upliftment, Mr. Dhokchaule's journey toward founding Be The Change Foundation was deeply influenced by his four-year stay in the Indian capital, New Delhi, where he immersed himself in the heart of social issues and grassroots activism. This period ignited his passion for community service and inspired his mission to create meaningful impact at scale.

With a strong academic and professional background in the education sector, Mr. Dhokchaule has served as a Principal for over five years in prestigious CBSE-affiliated English medium schools and NDA (National Defence Academy) preparatory academies. Secretary, Be The Change Foundation

Rachana Salunke is a dedicated philanthropist and social worker who has been actively contributing to various social, educational, cultural, and community development initiatives through Be The Change Foundation. As the Secretary of the foundation, she plays a vital role in planning, managing, and successfully executing numerous projects and activities organized by the organization. She is deeply involved in social welfare activities aimed at empowering students, artists, women, and underprivileged communities. Her commitment towards social service, leadership qualities, and people-oriented approach have helped the foundation expand its impact across different sectors of society.

Rachana Salunke actively oversees the implementation and coordination of all major projects of the foundation, including educational initiatives, talent recognition programs, social awareness campaigns, art and cultural events, women empowerment activities, and community engagement programs. She ensures that every project is executed smoothly with proper planning, communication, and teamwork. With a strong belief in humanity, service, and community development, Rachana Salunke continues to contribute actively towards building a better and more empowered society.

Executive Officer, Be The Change Foundation

Mr. Abhishek Tupe serves as the Executive Officer of the Trust, where he plays a key role in managing the organizationโ€™s overall administration and operations. He oversees the day-to-day administrative and office functioning of the Trust and ensures smooth planning, execution, and coordination of various initiatives, projects, and programs.

Mr. Tupe actively maintains coordination among staff members, volunteers, and concerned committees, and is responsible for implementing decisions and resolutions passed in official meetings. He also keeps primary supervision over financial transactions and submits required reports to the management as needed. In addition, he looks after the CSR operations of the Trust, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and manages the legal compliance and regulatory aspects to maintain transparency and statutory adherence.
